Our fully-furnished apartments are perfect for monthly or extended stays, with a full kitchen, fast WiFi, and in-unit laundry. Soak in the Arizona sun on the resort-style pool deck or host friends in the sky lounge with panoramic views of Camelback Mountain. Stay fit in the two-story gym with an Echelon Mirror studio, and work remotely in the sleek coworking lounge.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
