Nicely appointed, clean and centrally located!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I as a great centrally located place to stay while house hunting. It was well appointed, comfortable, and very clean. Very nice also that you have access to the spa and pool on site that are part of the complex. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay while enjoying Phoenix

We stayed here almost a week and it was great for two people. Close enough to the airports and all the activities we wanted to do. Great apartment and very clean. We didn’t use any of the amenities at the unit so we can’t comment on them. We would definitely recommend.

Very clean and well furnished property. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry room had everything we needed. Location close to airport, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely consider staying here again. Didn't get to check out pool due to cool weather.

The Condo was clean and had all the amenities for home living. The property is kept up and there is a very nice outdoor heated pool area. A workout room with weights and other equipment. $$$

Thanksgiving celebrated with daughter and grandchildren

Property was excellent. it is very well stocked with cooking gear, bath items were well supplied. Very clean. And I like the light provided by the glass windows in the bath and laundry rooms. Laundry room was nicely stocked with supplies also. he grandson really enjoyed the output of the waffle iron, Might stay again

Clean and safe

My family and I came in from Illinois to visit my son who attends ASU for family weekend. It was a bit far from campus and the activities, about 20-25 minutes. But far enough away from the hustle and busyness of student life. Overall, we enjoyed all the amenities of home. We’ll definitely be booking future stays!

Very nice condo and community.

Condo was clean and pleasant looking. Not cluttered. Lots of dishes, cookware and accessories. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Very nice deck area with table & chairs. Price was steep when we were there. When we were booking the price seemed to jump around a lot. Might have been due to Verbo software. There was a cost for damage insurance that is non refundable. Didn’t like that.

Phoenix in March

Great BNB! The accommodations were very neat and clean. The beds were super comfy and all amenities were available. The large pool on site is heated and the pool area is a great place to grab some sun and fun.
