4BR Sleeps 12•Arcade•Fire Patio

1,600 square feet of freshly remodeled space. This is my biggest home, and I set it up for groups of up to 12 who want to hang out together, not just sleep.

THE ARCADE
A real retro Pac-Man arcade cabinet loaded with over 10 classic games sits right off the dining area. Tournament brackets encouraged.

LIVING ROOM
Open and bright, with a big sectional that fits the whole crew and a large smart TV on the wall. It`s one of 5 TVs in the house, so nobody fights over the remote.

CHEF`S KITCHEN
Granite counters, stainless appliances, and everything you need to cook the first night without a grocery run: a big fridge with water and ice in the door, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker with starter coffee on me, a full knife block, spice rack, pots and pans, plus dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and mugs for the whole house. There`s a breakfast bar with stools and a dining table that seats 6.

THE PATIO (the guest favorite)
Your own private walled patio set up like an outdoor living room. A propane fire table ringed by Adirondack chairs, an OUTDOOR smart TV for game day under the stars, a BBQ grill, and a dartboard. The community`s resort pool is a short walk from your door.

SLEEPING (12 guests, 6 beds, 4 bedrooms)

BATHROOMS (2.5)
Every shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted on the wall. Fresh towels, extra TP, and hand soap in every bathroom. One full bath has a tub and shower combo, the other a glass shower, and the half bath downstairs keeps morning traffic moving.

THE LITTLE THINGS
Washer and dryer inside the unit. Iron and board. Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace. Private entrance. 2 assigned covered parking spots. Smart lock self check-in, with your door code sent to you automatically.
