Fabulous home centrally located in Scottsdale. Close to Golf, TPC, West World, Talking Stick and Old Town.

Completely redone, inside and out. Design and furniture selections by professional Interior Designer. All new bathrooms, kitchen, luxury backyard with pickleball, tetherball, ping pong, boccee ball, fire pit, outdoor dining, TV, spike ball and heated pool.

Located in the Cactus Corridor area of Scottsdale. Surrounded by multi million dollar homes, the area is close to the 101 freeway, Old Town and Kierland Commons. The home is off Hayden, just north of Cactus.

Plenty of onsite parking, enough space for seven cars in the driveway. There is off-street parking as well. There no parking concerns here.

Pool can be heated for an additional $70 per night.

The house was amazing and perfect for our active family of 5 and 2 grandkids. Outdoor area amazing and the kids could play outside without worrying about the pool as it is fenced in. The game room off of the pool was awesome with a huge bar and game tables, comfy large couch etc. The house is perfect for a group gathering as it has everything you need. We would love to visit again sometime!
