Well-appointed home in a great neighborhood. This home is perfect for a golf getaway, snowbirds, watch your favorite team in spring training action or simply enjoy our fantastic weather. Even though close to many attractions, airports and highways the home offers a peaceful environment for you to enjoy the sunny weather. Home has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a newly remodeled guest bathroom with a tub, vanity and tiles to match the vinyl flooring seen in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen includes brand new cabinets, counter tops, kitchen appliances and vinyl plank flooring. Spacious living room includes new furniture and a brand new vinyl floor and the covered patio is equipped with a gas grill for all your grilling needs and out door lighting for your nightly out door activities. Private Garage with additional parking on the driveway and an enclosed backyard to enjoy the Arizona sun year round. Our home is conveniently located 30 miles away from both Phoenix/Mesa Gateway airport and Phoenix International airport with easy access to area highways. Our home also includes flat screen TVs in living room and master bedroom, high-speed internet with WiFi access, washer/dryer, a king bed in master bedroom that leads to a master bathroom. A queen bed is in the 2nd bedroom and a full bed in the 3rd bedroom with plenty of closet space for a comfortable stay room n both rooms. Brochures of nearby places to visit are kept in the house for our guest's convenience. The HOA offers a gated community pool which is located 2-3 blocks (2-3 minutes walking distance) from our home. (available through April-October). Although not heated, the pool offers a peaceful place to lounge, read, and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather.

This property was cozy, very clean, had lots of natural light and well equipped for our stay. The check in was easy and having a garage is so appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the BBQ grill worked well and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the birds and air traffic. We hung a hummingbird feeder and the birds found it quickly since they were feeding on the flowers along the house. There's a neighborhood Walmart and nice park/botanical garden within walking distance and downtown Mesa is a short drive away. The host was very accommodating and available. We would recommend this property and stay again.

This place was great for our family. Plenty of room, clean, great location and property manager was helpful and friendly. The fridge did make loud noises when it turned on, but other than that, we loved our stay in Mesa!

Lovely home

We loved our 4 day stay. It was perfect for our family of 4 (three separate bedrooms) was stocked with everything we needed (in the kitchen), and was a charming home. Great neighborhood, kids loved the community pool, the price was right, and we would book again, without hesitation.

Convenient location and very spacious!

We chose this location because of how close it is to the Mesa convention center where we were attending/working an event. The house had plenty of room and felt very cozy. Bonus points for the size of the bathtubs and great water pressure. .

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Overall a 5 star place. The pool was beautiful and well used by us and not a far walk from the house. There were a few extras that were great like sugar, salt pepper and some spices.

Great girls weekend

Our stay was fantastic. The house was well spaced out, giving the 3 of us plenty of privacy. The house was meticulously clean. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The house was close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Mesa.

Great place stay.

I don't have alot of experience with vacation rentals but I do gotta say that this house was perfect for our group. Everything worked, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the pool is just a short walk. My group stayed here twice in 2 months and if we go back to Mesa, we'll probably stay again. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with.

Our rafting trip

Our stay was very nice. The home is very clean and Im a little OCD about that. The communication with the owner was quick and helpful. They even let us check in early knowing we traveled almost 6 hours to get there. We were all blessed.

ASU graduation stay

We traveled to AZ to attend my daughter 's college graduation from ASU. This place was perfect for us with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It would have been nice if it had been a little closer to a campus, but Uber and Lyft rides were reasonably priced. We used the pool and It was clean and quiet. I've stayed at many VRBOs and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at all the kitchen supplies that were there, including detergent and fabric softener to do a load of laundry! It also came with more than enough towels which was much appreciated! I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in AZ!!

Very comfortable and great location

Lovely townhome. Lacking a little in basic supplies. I think most of what was there was left by previous renters. Bed was absolute Heaven! Very comfortable throughout with nice furniture. A/C and wifi worked great! I wish they accepted pets, cuz we usually travel with our dog and we would love to stay here again.

Perfect Place

We stayed here as we were in town for a friend's Celebration of Life. The owners were very responsive prior to booking as well as when we had a question while we were there. The house is very clean and smelled amazing. Everything worked as it should. There were 3 bedrooms. We only used 2 of them. The master bedroom is larger and has its own bathroom. The other bathroom is between the other 2 bedrooms. Living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Just to note the refrigerator is smaller so it probably won't hold as much as your refrigerator at home, however it worked fine for us for 4 days. My only suggestion would be more ice trays to make ice. The location is great. While in a quiet neighborhood it is near plenty of gas stations, restaurants, and Wal Mart. The pool is very close to this house although we did not end up using it due to other commitments. House is about 20 minutes or so from PHX airport. It was 98 and 99 degrees while we were there. A/C worked well :)

Cute place and had all the things that we needed. Had nice beds and the bathrooms were in decent shape with a small kitchen fridge, which is a little bizarre. but had all the things we needed including a washer and dryer to stay in Arizona for five days. Affordable and good value overall. Wi-Fi wasn’t immediately available, but owners were responsive and got us the information within the hour. Solid place to stay.
