Fees & Protection

A $119 administration fee applies per stay. This includes coverage under a $5,000 damage waiver program, helping protect both guests and the property against accidental damage during your stay.

Guests may alternatively opt out of the damage waiver by providing a fully refundable $5,000 security deposit prior to check-in.
