No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including
outdoor spaces. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free
environment. $50 cleaning fee for discarded cigarettes
Respect quiet hours: Please be considerate of our neighbors and observe quiet
hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels down during this time to
ensure a peaceful environment for all.
No parties or events: Our home is a peaceful retreat, and we kindly ask that
you refrain from hosting parties or events without prior approval. Respectful
gatherings with a reasonable number of guests are welcome, but please keep
noise levels in check.
Pets: While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed unless explicitly
permitted in advance. Please inquire with us if you wish to bring a pet along.
Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is specified in the
listing. Please adhere to this limit to ensure a comfortable stay for
everyone.
Cleanliness: We take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy space for our
guests. Please clean up after yourselves and leave the property in the same
condition as you found it.
Security: For your safety and security, please ensure all doors and windows
are locked when you leave the property and at night.
Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am.
Please adhere to these times unless prior arrangements have been made.
Communication: If you have any questions or encounter any issues during your
stay, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help make your
stay as enjoyable as possible.
Unregistered guests: Human or pets – are subject to a $100 fine PER GUEST, per
DAY.
Laundry: Do NOT wash the white linens or towels. If you need more during your
stay reach out and we will bring them by for you.
Any house rules that are broken can result in fines and immediate cancellation
of the reservation.
