Newly Remodeled, Cozy & Private Condo - Beautiful Fountain Hills - Near Fountain
This condo is located on North Oakwood Lane in Fountain Hills. Perfect for the snow bird or a couple or two. It has a great view of the mountains and also when the fountain goes off in the center of town. This is a very nice private condo with hardwood floors and fully renovated. Next store neighbors do not make much noise, if any, and everyone is super friendly.
Fully Furnished. All the comforts of home, including a fully outfitted kitchen as well as a nice selection of top of the line towels, pillows and linens. Samsung Smart TV with fuboTV, which has more channels than local cable. Very easy to use.
This condo is perfect for that winter get away, summer retreat or business travel. There is 1 pool area in this small complex and the pool is close by. The pool area has outdoor tables & chairs for your use. Carport conveniently located directly under the unit.
Centrally located within several blocks of the famous Fountain Plaza. Shopping and dining just minutes away. 2 miles from Desert Canyon Golf Course with many other courses near by. The Ft. McDowell aka We Ko Pa Casino and Scottsdale are less than 10 minutes to fine dining and entertainment. Mayo Clinc is also just a 10 minute drive. Please message for a more customized stay if options are not readily available.

Great location
The condo was nice and clean. Location is excellent and very quiet. The coffee machine did not work nor the dishwasher nor the frying pan. I let the owner know but never fixed in 2 month stay.
