You’ll love this upper level vacation condo, it's a fully renovated midcentury style in a sought-after location walkable to all Downtown offers. Featuring two spacious bedrooms, two stylish baths, light and bright living room with dedicated work space area, furnished and stocked w/kitchen ware, in suite washer/dryer, private patio. Cozy, neat and clean with comfortable hotel grade beds. Great for couples, groups, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids and pets, we’ve got you covered.

Heart of Old Town Scottsdale close to Fashion Square Mall, numerous shopping, dining, nightclub, and recreation options i.e. Greenbelt with picturesque lakes, mountain views, biking and jogging paths, Canal Club, Postino's, Roaring Fork, W Lounge, Fifth Avenue.

Pet fee: $100, $20 ea night thereafter (1 pet max 25#, no cats). Pets not permitted in beds or on furniture. Pet cleanup/damage = extra charge.

Great area!

The property manager Linda was very easy to work with. We had a couple of issues and she had them taken care of right away. The sofa in the living room was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture that my wife and I ever sat on. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. The condo was very well centralized we were able to walk to Old Town and the downtown area.

Great place/Tight parking

It was confusing to find the parking location at night and without clear directions to where the spot was located. Hopefully you have a small car (we had a Camry) and are careful at parking. There are poles on one side that make it difficult to get in and out of your car and the person parking next to us whom I believe lives downstairs is not careful at ensuring they are within their lines. The bathroom in the hall also had some mud/dirt splattered on the back of the door which was slightly off-putting, but could just do with some cleaning. I think directions on departure could also have been slightly more clear. They said you needed to clean and put away all dishes and leave the dishwasher clean, I normally would have anticipated to just run the dishwasher before leaving. I don’t think that’s a big ask, especially if you have a morning departure you may need to use kitchen ware and not have time to clean it. Overall we loved the place, thought it was comfortable and in a convenient location. I didn’t find the couch as uncomfortable as some of the other reviews, even though my friend also didn’t care for it. I will definitely look into renting this location again when we return to Scottsdale.

Nice remodeled unit.

We love to walk and this condo was perfect for our family. Thank you for providing such a comfortable place to gather.....nothing like doing laundry in your pajamas
