My wife and I loved the house. The house itself is well furnished, great beds, high end appliance, and the pool is perfect. Hosts are thorough a responsive. Was a great location - so close to Scottsdale and the golf courses I played. Would strongly recommend.

This house was everything it said and more! It’s in a great location, central to everything we did. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The instruction were clear and easy to follow. The house was everything we needed, 4 moms on a weekend getaway. It was easy to get a hold of the owners if needed. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe while there. Right from the beginning, our hosts were always very helpful and prompt with any replies for any questions we ever had even before our stay! Great neighbourhood very safe. We went for many walks in the evening and felt very secure. Also we were close to everything from shopping centres restaurants to grocery stores. A very clean cute three bedroom with two baths beautiful pool area with an awesome hot tub and great size poo!! Definitely we would not hesitate to stay at any of their properties when we visit Phoenix again!!Thanks, Danny, Mia, Lila our Christmas was exactly what we wanted!

Amazing Location!

I loved this property as soon I was I pulled up! Super easy to check in. The place is very well Air Conditioned you just have to get up to adjust the air because it does get HOT. Everything in the home was super clean and functional. I had a question about the fans and the owner got back to me ASAP and answered any other questions I had. Everything is super close to this home which made it very convenient for me and my friend. If I come back to Scottsdale I’m definitely staying there again!!

Check-in and household operating instructions were clear. The house was clean and as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with Mia was seamless and questions were answered quickly. One very, very minor item was addressed quickly. Not our first time vacationing in Scottsdale in the winter; it’s turning into an annual thing. The best part was the “welcome gift”, the heated pool and the spa; especially in mid-January. Already excited about booking next year. This house is now the 1st choice

First time to the area and this was a great spot for us. House was great. Wonderful master suite. Beds were comfortable and supportive. Well stocked kitchen. Nice to have a garage to pull into at night. House is on a main road right next to a school. We could hear some traffic but it did not bother us. We did not pay to heat pool, but used the hot tub. Strict quiet hours/limits on hot tub use, but we were able to work within the guidelines. Just make sure you are aware of them prior to booking. Location worked for us. Quiet area - yet we felt fairly close to everything. I will definitely bookmark this property for any future trips!

The hosts were great and quick to answer any questions that we had. They also made our stay so easy with the clear instructions and recommendations of restaurants. The home was clean and orderly and would highly recommend staying here! The yard was spacious and picturesque. The property was perfect for our family. It was in a nice, safe neighborhood close to stores , shops, and with quick access to main highways. It was private, clean, and had many tools that allowed us to use the kitchen to make meals each day. While we didn't use the pool, the spa was wonderful. We also enjoyed time around the firepit with beautiful views of the night sky and mountains. Check in and out was easy and communication with the gosts was great. I would definitely stay here again!
