About this property

3bd house with pool conveniently located near Scottsdale, Tempe, and Papago Park

  • Enjoy the relaxing backyard with a pool . Conveniently located near Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Town Lake, Papago park, and a short drive from downtown Phoenix. There is plenty of fun to be had inside with the billiards table and dart setup. Brand new spacious kitchen that is stocked to assist in any meals you may want to make.My favorite aspect of the house is being able to walk out the front door and soon connect up with miles of trails for hiking or biking throughout Evelyn Hallman Park and the surrounding Papago park area(This is a great spot to take the dog out for a nice walk especially around sunset!).

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful stay with our two little dogs. We were visiting family and appreciated the well appointed kitchen so that we could cook a couple dishes to take to the Thanksgiving dinner. We fully enjoyed the pool table and close location to Papago Park for walks.

Soccer tournament getaway

Very clean house that was perfect for our group. Loved having the pool table and darts as entertainment since the weather wasn’t great and weren’t able to swim. Nice amenities and easy access to all the places we went.

Fabulous experience.

This house has everything! We were so comfortable and had everything we could want. It is clean and well supplied. The owner was easy to communicate with. I didn't worry about the kids makingg too much noise while they enjoyed the back yard and pool.

Spring Training Stay

Convenient location and very clean, especially considering dogs being allowed. Enjoyed family time playing available games when we were at the house. Hard-sided cooler came in handy for day trip to Grand Canyon. Nathan was prompt in response when i asked a question. Read all the amenities, it's very thorough. It was a little too early in the season to really enjoy the pool but it was helpful to cool down. Having the carport and covered patio was excellent!

Perfect Desert Escape

This property is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a thoughtfully and tastefully decorated house. It’s well appointed with new appliances and clean comfortable furniture, sheets, and towels. We spent the entire weekend playing pool and having food and beer delivered. We brought some vinyl from home and spun records day and night and it was even warm enough for some night swimming. We’re already planning a subsequent trip.

So much to do, inside and out

Perfect stay to connect with our adult sons over the holiday. So much to do nearby, centrally located to the airport, Tempe, Scottsdale and bountiful outdoor spaces on the north side. The house was very clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked for our holiday cooking needs, far beyond the basics. The fully enclosed back area with turf made it easy to have our dogs with us. The pool looks beautiful, too bad it wasn't swim season. We especially enjoyed the billiards table, turntable and darts - nice to have for non media time with the fam. Liked the layout with the rec room adjacent to the kitchen for socializing while cooking. And we were able to eat our holiday meal poolside at the patio table, such a fun bonus. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and showers lovely. Highly recommend as a base to explore the area and still feel comfortable relaxing at home in downtime. We would book again.
