Get ready for the ultimate Scottsdale getaway! Located just minutes from Old Town, this home is designed for gathering. The spacious, open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, flowing naturally to the backyard, perfect for groups who want to entertain by the private pool.



Comfort is key: we’ve updated the home with brand new mattresses and a new sofa in early 2024. You’ll be in the center of the action, with Spring Training baseball only a 5-minute Uber ride away, plus hiking, golf, shopping, and nightlife right at your fingertips. The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood located in Scottsdale with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.

City Occupancy Limit: We strictly adhere to the Scottsdale mandate allowing a maximum of 6 adults and their related children per stay.





For guest safety, there are security cameras at the front door and driveway. No cameras inside the home.

Noise monitors are installed on the exterior; they do not record, only measure decibel levels to ensure no parties.

All City of Scottsdale ordinances apply during your stay.

Landscaping and pool maintenance service the property 1–2 times per week. Exact day/time cannot be guaranteed.



Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy

Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
