The master bedroom with oversized, dual-vanity bathroom and walk-in closet are to the right of the living room. The guest bedroom, laundry room, and guest bathroom (also dual-vanity) are to the left of the living room. The third bedroom/office is located next to the kitchen with a west-facing view. All bedrooms are equipped with a 55" flatscreen smart tv. The living room seats 5-6 adults comfortably with a gas fireplace and a 65" flatscreen smart tv.

Pricing includes regular cleanings by a professional cleaning staff (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, bed linens, trash removal).

~Check-in time is at 3:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind.

~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.

~Renter must pass a tenant screening and sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~We require a $500 security deposit and a $250 cleaning fee per visit ($250 total for consecutive visits).

~No pets. This applies to the renters and all guests. $1000 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence or smell of an animal detected in the home.

~No Smoking. This rule applies to the entire premises (inside and outside). $1000 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence of there being smoke in the home, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~No large gatherings.
