o Sleeps 4 persons (1 queen bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa). All guests must be listed in reservation.
o Registered guests only to use the pool.

Enjoy your stay in the newly remodeled oasis. Conveniently located to central Phoenix, interstates I-10 and I-17 (1.3 mi). Enjoy an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and entertainment within 1 mile radius.

Fully furnished kitchen, assorted coffee/teas, shampoo/conditioner/bath gel, iron/board, hair dryer, Flat panel TV, Netflix and local channels, 1 queen pillow top bed, 1 queen sofa bed (linens located in closet). WiFi, separate gated entrance and private patio.
