Good to Know

● The pool runs on a heat pump from 7am to 6pm daily, and will warm the pool to approximately 15-20 degrees above the outdoor temperature.
● The outdoor temperature needs to be above 55 degrees for it to run efficiently
● It runs 24/7 during the winter months

● To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication

● Please take note that the state and local laws enforce noise ordinances aimed at curbing events, parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.
● Guests agree to comply with state and local laws regarding short‑term rentals:
● Sec. 18‑152. – Non‑residential usage by vacation rentals or short‑term rentals prohibited
● No vacation rental or short‑term rental may be used for any non‑residential use or purpose, including but not limited to:
● Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non‑residential purposes
● Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use
● Housing sex offenders is prohibited
● Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home
● Selling liquor, controlled substances, or pornography
● Operating any adult‑oriented business, including nude and topless dancing
● No person, including an owner or operator, shall operate a vacation rental or short‑term rental in violation of this section.
● Last‑Minute Bookings: Additional verification needed for arrivals within 72 hours or with local Arizona guests
