Perfect stay for family

Good stay

Great stay, loved the location and accommodation. Ideal for a family weekend of exploring the city. Friendly, helpful staff. Accommodation clean but looking a bit tired with cracked floor tiles, holes in doors, balcony was slippery and in need of some repairs, stained carpets, dripping tap and broken blinds, but nothing to stop us enjoying our stay.

Apartment was great. Tea/coffee was in the room when it wasn't expected. Plenty of space & very comfortable. Wierd smell coming from the stairwell which we could smell as we were the apartment next to it but apart from that, we had a great stay.

Comfortable city stay

I stayed here with a friend for a conference, overall it was a comfortable clean stay close to the centre of town, it took us 15 mins to walk to the M&S Arena and about 10 to get into the main shopping area. The check in was a bit restrictive, it was between 3pm and 5.30pm and they continually emailed me to ask me what time I was coming. The other frustration was the map pin, it was inaccurate so I couldn't easily find it.

Good stay

Very good sized rooms, clean and great that there was a little of everything to get you started in the room Be good to understand when the pre deposit would be sent back to account as check out was 10am and still nothing returned. Other than that the stay was brilliant and if in Liverpool again. I would look at these apartments again

Excellent location in the centre of things.Flat very good and comfortable but the block is pretty grim. Lift didn’t work, car park gate didn’t work on exit. Fine for a short stay. Take your own cafetière and tea towels!!!

Spacious, clean, perfectly located for a city trip as many restaurants, bars around and inner city dock area is in walking distance. You notice, that the flat already saw some customers, so not the newest ones. But in the end all fine, especially for that price. We would recommend it and book again.

Nice apartment close to the city.

Apartment was certainly big enough and had the basics, but the walls were so thin you could hear your neighbours and all times of the day and night. The shower was poor too and struggled to get any real pressure. The kitchen was spot on and had everything in it. It was centrally located and easy to walk to the city centre.

The property was nothing like the picture on the advert, the balcony door would not close propery or lock, the front door was also unlocked when we arrived, the hot water is far too hot and couldnt be turned down in the shower, it could easily scald someone, it was clean and well equipped though, and we enjoyed our stay

Fabulous penthouse style living

It’s a really fabulous place for the location and looks like it could do with a little bit of modernization of the furniture that’s getting battered, but it really didn’t matter because it really has so much space and room for everyone. Somebody obviously had been overserved in the past, and decided to put their hand through the door of the en suite bathroom, and there was a drippy tap that you might want to look into so your water isn’t so high in the en suite bathroom as well. Amazing views from the bedrooms and balcony and definitely will try and return to this place for my daughter’s graduation next summer.

The apartment is ok very clean and cosy the only problem is the fire alarm keeps ringing even in the middle of the night. I have no sleep wandering if there is a real fire and I don’t want us to be barbecue inside the property especially we are on the third floor. Also u kept ringing the reception if someone will look into it. But no one responded.

The property served us really well. It was clean and comfortable. It was definitely tired as other reviews said. Lots of elements were broken including windows. Some wouldn't shut and other wouldn't open. The light by the front door didn't work and we arrived in the dark so that wasn't helpful. The flat was also cold when we arrived. The bedrooms quickly heated up and the duvet's were warm, but the lounge area heater wasn't adequate and then later broke. But the agent was super quick at bringing up a heater which helped. The kitchen had the bare minimum cooking utensils, but there were lots of great places to eat around the area. The location was fantastic and we could easily explore Liverpool by foot and parking was secure. Overall, the place worked for us, but it would have got top marks if it wasn't so run down.

Staff were great and super helpful . Great location for walking to city centre and docks . We parked underneath and were charged 30 pound for 2 nights. We were also charged a 100 deposit . Very clean with everything you would need but bathrooms were a little bit tired and could do with a freshen up ( sealant and grout). Great place as a base for a city centre break

What a great apartment, lovely staff at check in. Parking so easy on site. There’s a 24 hour shop right outside. It’s a great location approximately 8 minutes walk to the cathedral. It’s on a bus stop for open top bus. The kitchen had everything needed the beds very clean and comfortable, whole apartment very clean.
