Lovely apartment in Liverpool

Birthday weekend, close by to bars and restaurants, comfy bedrooms and had all that was necessary, good communication and ease of getting entrance details etc, would recommend this property

I spoke to Lisa iStay manager few times before my stay and she even called after to check all was okay . Highly recommend very friendly perfect apartment for your little get away . Refund was returned very quick as no damage was caused Beautiful apartment and all clean and tidy will definatly be staying again

Does the job - requires more care

The property looks better in pictures. Lots of damage in the property, mainly the walls, it was evident one wall suffered damp issues with the paint/plaster pealing off. The property had not been cleaned, lots of dirt on the floor, to include dust balls. Bathroom lock broken. Aside from the state of the property - it had security in the evening which was really good! However, there was a party next door and the company failed to inform us about this ahead of our stay - had we been a family it would have been extremely disturbing hearing loud music and noise into the early hours of the morning. Location is excellent, you really are in the centre of the city with everything being a 10min walk at most.

Do not stay here.

Very disappointed. Upon check-in after ringing numerous times asking for the access code it turned out the cleaners were still in the property despite being told we had a 3pm check in, so was basically trying to bide time. We did not get to check in until 3:40 making us late for our bookings. There is no hot water in the property, no hand towels and no extra sheets or bedding was left for people who stayed on the sofa beds which were already stained so had to use towels! The cleaners of course left in a rush so did not leave enough toilet rolls and towels. The building itself stunk of stale food and urine. Overall v disappointing stay and will not be returning.

Les appartements sont très très bien situés. En plein centre de Liverpool, on peut faire énormément à pieds. Cependant, comme il n’y a pas de réception, ce fut très compliqué de recevoir les codes pour rentrer dans l’immeuble. Il a fallu téléphoner une bonne grosse dizaines de fois pour avoir les’ infos necessaires. De plus, on est censés payer un deposit pour l’appartement. Mais le compte bancaire n’est pas donné au format IBAN. Résultat des courses, nous n’avons jamais réussi à payer le deposit, même après une semaine de harcèlement pour avoir le compte au format IBAN. Donc check in très compliqué et stressant. Faire attention aussi qu’il n’y a pas de bagagerie (pourtant indiqué dans la description). Les lits sont très confortables, attention si vous voyagez avec des enfants ou des personnes plus âgées ou même des adultes, les clic clacs sont vraiment inconfortables. J’ai 28 ans, j’aurais été gênée de faire dormir mes parents là dedans. Donc choisi l’appartement en fonction du nombre de « vrai » lits qu’il dispose.

We had a problem yesterday night. The fire alarm rang and we had to leave the apartment at 4:15 in the morning. We have 2 children and it was scaring. Cold, outside till 6:00hs. First came the police, then the firemen to check everything. Later, someone to stop the alarm. It was a nightmare...

Absolutely loved staying at this gem of a 2 bedroom apartment, also comes with 2 double sofa beds. Absolute massive kitchen/living area. Only thing I would say is that the larger bedroom was a bit cold (even with the windows shut and heating on). Other than that, pleasure staying here.

Lovely apartments well kept brilliant location but unfortunately the heating wasnt working someone came to fix it which was great. Also the lift wasn't working so getting upto the penthouse apartment was really difficult especially with suitcases. Other than that was lovely.

Booked An apartment on the 6th floor . Apartment was ridiculously hot on entering and there was one fan (no air con) between 2 levels and 3 bedrooms. The only window working window in the upstairs living area was also a door leading to the balcony. This also happened to be the only fire escape As we tried to open this to being down the temperature of the apartment we found it to be locked . We asked the cleaner to open it.. to be informed that it had been screwed shut as it was faulty ! Upon further inspection the only working window and fire escape had been bolted shut with screws ! I immediately tried to contact the apartment on the email they had happily been conversing with me that morning regarding check in details. I received no reply ! I’ve received no reply to a further two messages sent . It is not my normal reaction to leave negative feedback , as I prefer to resolve things direct . However I have been given no choice and am now taking this matter further

On arrival we had I bit of a nightmare. We couldn’t get in the apartment because the maid hadn’t left the key. When we eventually got in which didn’t take long we surprised to see the apartment. It looked a lot smaller than we expected. The picture on hotels.com website was of another apartment for more people, so that was a bit misleading. After a few conversations with the lady who looks after the apartments she moved us to the apartment we originally thought we had booked. This one was massive and gorgeous, very clean and really nice. We had a great stay after this was sorted and would definitely book again. Thankyou for looking after us like you did it was really appreciated.
