Pleasant stay with a few tweaks to improve comfort

A very good stay overall. The room was comfortable with plenty of storage, large window with blind, and staff always helpful. The shower could do with some general maintenance to clear slightly dirty bits. The sink had a large chip out of it which should be filled. I was provided with one toilet roll for 3 nights. Reception staff can't help with anything to do with the "hotel" side. Luckily I found some cleaning staff who told me I should have had two, and did give me another. The room was extremely hot. Although the hot weather is not the provider's fault they should supply a fan for comfort as very difficult to sleep. I tried a number of shops in Liverpool but none had small desk type fans, mostly sold out! I liked the location, close to cathedrals and St Luke’s Bombed Out Church. Regular buses to city centre or you can walk.
