After spending a few nights in the Villas at the Scottsdale Camelback Resort, you might not want to go home! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from the heart of downtown Scottsdale including Old Town, art galleries, shopping, award-winning dining, night clubs and so much more! Our all-villa resort offers the perfect blend of relaxed comfort, amenities, and activities for the whole family. For your convenience, each villa has a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer – plus a private patio or balcony, wood-burning fireplace, and whirlpool tub to wind down at the end of a day.

Our most intimate accommodation, the Monterey Villa boasts 700 sq. ft. of living space, with high, vaulted ceilings, a second-floor loft, and a private balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glorious Arizona sunset in the evening. This villa sleeps four with a king bed on the main level and a queen bed in the loft. For those occasions that you’re not heading into Scottsdale or enjoying a meal poolside at The Grille, the fully equipped kitchen includes a glass stovetop and microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. The villa also features a washer/dryer for convenience – and a wood-burning fireplace to sit by at the end of the day. The master bath includes dual sinks and a whirlpool tub.

This studio features a private balcony, high-vaulted ceilings, and a second-floor loft. There is also a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
