This upscale home and neighborhood guarantee your stay is not only comfortable but exceptional in quality and amenities. The home has 7 beds plus a futon and is ideal for large families or couples who desire the ultimate get-away in family friendly Scottsdale. The safe and charming neighborhood is located on a busy thoroughfare and traffic noise is possible when guests are outside.

Our lovely home is situated on an expansive yard with mature trees and a panoramic view of the McDowell Mountains plus views of the 27-hole public Starfire Golf Course. The neighborhood is a 10 minute drive to chic and utterly charming Old Town Scottsdale which offers exciting multicultural activities year-round. Spring training for the San Francisco Giants, Colorado Rockies, AZ Diamondbacks and Chicago Cubs, hiking at Camelback, shopping at Fashion Square and exploring the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Gardens or Taliesin West are just a few of the notable possibilities in the area. Other exciting choices include day spas, numerous public golf courses and eateries, car shows, equestrian events and the many impressive natural attractions unique to the Sonoran Desert.

This ranch style house is airy and bright with many large windows that invite natural light into every corner. An open floor plan and beautiful tile floors create tasteful living spaces that are designed to be elegant yet comfortable. The great room features a plush sectional sofa with a built in chaise conveniently arranged for viewing the large TV or engaging in lively conversations. ALL TVs are smart TVs for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced. Wifi is complimentary.

The great room transitions into a chic formal dining room with cushioned seats for 8 and additional seating at the kitchen island. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous granite counter space and your heart's desire in cooking accessories. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. The kitchen accommodates multiple chefs and has an ideal layout for serving your favorite cuisine in style. Extra wide windows illuminate workspace and assure outdoor views of the covered patio and private pool. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

And the exciting amenities continue…A game room with rustic décor features pool and Black Jack tables plus a wood burning fireplace and large TV for the ultimate in relaxation and entertainment. Tucked neatly into the corner is a king bed which makes this the 5th bedroom if needed.

~ SWEET DREAMS in SCOTTSDALE ~
ALL bedrooms including the game room have TVs for your viewing pleasure and ceiling fans.The primary suite boasts a king bed, large walk-in closet and beautiful en suite bath with a contemporary shower and dual vanities.

The remaining bedrooms offer a variety in sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 2 has extended length twin beds; Bedroom 3 has a king bed; Bedroom 4 now has 2 extended length twin beds. The game room has a king bed if a 5th bedroom is needed. Bedrooms are furnished to ensure your stay is restful and you have plenty of space for your personal wardrobe and accessories.

A small room has a queen size futon which is yet another sleeping option. Laundry appliances and detergent are enclosed behind doors in the small room.

Bathroom 2 has dual vanity sinks and a tub-shower combination. Bathroom 3 has a walk-in shower and a door that permits convenient access to and from the patio and pool.

After a satisfying day on the golf course, sit poolside with your favorite brew in hand and critique the competition's play. The fairway view is impressive! Newly added pool with optional heat, a covered patio with stylish outdoor furniture and a gas grill for the outdoor chef provide resort living at its best. No garage parking but a shade sail on the side of the home provides shaded parking for 4 vehicles.

Home is also one of three homes in close proximity for families or professionals seeking multiple properties for a reunion or executive retreat. ~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home for any amount of time. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
