held and only just 3 miles away from TPC Golf Course where the Waste Management Cup is played each year.

The backyard matches the beauty of the inside, featuring a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub and lush landscaping. All this, and you’re only minutes from the popular DC Ranch area of Scottsdale.

Arizona is outdoor adventure land, this property is only blocks away from the Gateway trailhead where miles of hiking and biking trails guide you up the mountains for scenic views of Scottsdale.

Great & comfortable accommodations

The house was well equipped for our week to cook, entertain college students, and visit with family. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the grandkids & teens. It was a bit further of a drive to commute into Phoenix or other areas than I would’ve liked, but if you plan to stay in Scottsdale the entire time than you will be fine. It is still a 20 minute drive to activities, shopping, and dining.

Large, clean house

All the kids toys inside and at the pool were a big hit. The house was well stocked with spices, soap etc that made it really convenient. Owner was very responsive. We never did figure out how to turn the hot tub above 98” but it was so hot outside we didn’t end up using it much anyways. Would recommend for anyone with kids.

Great Location - Spacious House

The location and layout of the house was perfect for us and family prior to our wedding. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Our dog would have loved the yard if it hadn’t been time for winter grass and it being watered by sprinklers multiple times a day. A few minor inconveniences - ice maker didn’t work, faucets in the shared bathroom upstairs only partially worked, and just warm/hot water, and lastly, the TV in playroom did not work but none of these kept us from enjoying the space.

This was the perfect house for our family of eight…met the needs of all three generations. Hot tub was a hit! Appreciated that the pool was gated for the safety of our grandchildren. The toys and books were a hit with our grandchildren. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable family room for watching tv and playing games. Beds were comfortable and the third full bathroom was appreciated. Very clean! Perfect for our needs!

Perfect for families - this home has it all!

Our recent stay completely exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a comfortable home to accommodate our group of 8 (4 adults 4 kids ranging ages from 3-9). We used the pool multiple times a day, the bedroom setup was fantastic and the beds/furnishings were very comfortable. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and garage. It was equipped with a wide variety of games and toys for the kids, workout equipment, sports equipment and pool toys. The real green grass, outdoor furniture, pool, hot tub, and privacy in the quiet backyard was so lovely! Communication with Garret was a breeze and we loved how close we were to Costco, dining, and other essential stores. We spent a lot of time at the neighborhood park playing tennis, pickle ball and basketball. We would love to come back again!

Perfect Family Vacation

This Scottsdale home was the perfect getaway!!! My husband, two kids, spouses and two grandchildren enjoyed everything about this home. The pool has a fence around it which is perfect if you have toddlers who cannot swim. This way they can play in the yard and we do not have to worry about them falling into the pool. Our grandson had a blast playing in the pool, the hot tub was clean and a good temp, the bedrooms were furnished nicely and roomy, and it was convenient having 3 full bathrooms. The mountain view is breathtaking, especially on the deck outside of the master bedroom. We loved it so much that we booked it again for next year!!

Family Trip

We came to AZ for a family reunion and to visit friends. We use to live here so we know the area well and wanted to be near family, good restaurants and hiking. It was a perfect house for all of us +2 one year old babies. Excellent location, nice quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, great pool, spacious and easy to use kitchen with lots of dishes, pots and pans and seasoning (which we always seem to forget to bring). Loved that there were pool toys, scooters, kid bikes, baby gates, lots of extra blankets and pillows, plush towels, lots of pool towels and workout equipment. Easily able to work in the office when needed, WiFi was not an issue. The Host was attentive and accessible, we even booked an extra day. IF I had to say anything critical, the house could use a bit of updating and the carpet power steamed. All in all, it was a great family vacation! We would stay here again.
