*Important note regarding POOL HEAT:
• Pool heating is FREE!
• We have an electric pool heater. It is turned on from the months of October-April.
• Please be advised that when temps drop below 50 degrees the heater cannot heat to a comfortable temperature.
• We are unable to provide any refund if low temperatures prevent the pool from heating to the desired temperature.

Guests will have private access to the entire home and backyard.
Other things to note
House Rules
• No Parties & Guest Limit:
Out of respect for our neighbors and community, parties are strictly prohibited. We enforce a 14-guest maximum at all times. We have a zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise or neighborhood disturbances, which will result in immediate removal without a refund.
• Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music or outdoor noise is allowed during this time. We are in a family-friendly neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors.
• Pool Safety:
The pool is not fenced and is 10 feet deep. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and consider this when deciding if the home is a good fit for your group.
• No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the home. If evidence is found, a $400 fee will be charged, plus the cost to return the home to a smoke-free condition.
• No Pets:
No pets of any kind are allowed. A $400 fee will apply if evidence of pets is found.
