  • Spacious, well-appointed townhome centrally located in Fountain Hills and just a few miles to the Fountain Park, McDowell Mountain Park, golf, hiking and restaurants sits this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome perfect for snowbirds, golfers and families looking to unwind in a cozy, light, bright, quiet abode. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for the in-home chef and the pool (not-heated) is shared between three townhomes. Come be our guest and enjoy the AZ sun & everything the area has to offer!

    The townhome is two levels with all three bedrooms on the second floor. The kitchen, living room, dining room, half bathroom and laundry all on the first floor.
