As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a spacious interior with a wall of windows offering breathtaking views of the backyard. To the left, discover the inviting living room with a grey chenille sectional and a flat-screen TV, as well as a cozy sitting room featuring two leather couches.

The backyard is a haven for relaxation and recreation. Bask in the Arizona sun by the heated pool on comfortable lounge chairs or indulge in a barbecue feast at one of the two outdoor kitchen areas. Dine al fresco by one of three gas burning fireplaces or unwind on cushioned lounge chairs while roasting s'mores around the fire pit under the gazebo. The landscape beautifully captures the essence of the Arizona desert, with carefully placed cacti, plants, and trees enhancing walkways and artificial grassy areas.

To the right of the entry, the upgraded kitchen and dining room await. The dining room boasts a dark wooden table for up to 6 guests, complemented by a gas burning fireplace. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar with 3 barstools, attached to one of two islands in the expansive kitchen. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a double 2-door refrigerator, this kitchen has everything needed to entertain up to 10 guests. Adjacent to the kitchen, the laundry room is stocked with extra linens, pool towels, and pool toys.

The master bedroom is a retreat with a king-size bed, two nightstands with reading lamps, a flat-screen TV, and not one but two closets. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks.

The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second guest bedroom is perfect for families with 2 full-size mattresses and a designated desk area for your convenience. Casa Paraiso invites you to indulge in the ultimate Scottsdale getaway, where every detail is crafted for your comfort and enjoyment.

Casago House Rules

**Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- a money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

**The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $90/day plus tax. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.

Pool heating is available for $90 per day plus tax. Since they share the same heating system, they can't be heated separately. Please note that in winter, it may take about three days for the water to reach around 82 degrees.

**Keep in mind, pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature**
