  • This is a remodeled 3 bedroom / 2 bath house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Located in SW Mesa on the Tempe / Chandler / Mesa border. Large patio w/ grill. This property does NOT have a pool.

    5 min from US 60 / and AZ Loop 101.
    9 min to Downtown Mesa
    11 min to Sloan Park (Cubs)
    12 min to Hohokam Stadium (A's)
    13 min to Downtown Chandler
    14 min Tempe Diablo Stadium (Angels)

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great place for our family. We enjoyed the big back yard and covered patio. The owner communication was great. It is also conveniently located in a nice established neighborhood. We recommend this place.

Clean and comfy!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean, check-in was very easy and property manager was very responsive! Patio table outside with chairs and a couple lounge chairs as well. Wish we could have stayed longer in sunny AZ!

Perfect for what we needed

Four adult men came to Mesa for a long golf weekend. The owner of the unit lives next door which is very convenient. We did not have any issues. The house is just what we needed.

Perfect for what we needed

Comfortable beds. One room has a bunk bed which came in really handy. The place was clean. The Kitchen area was a really good size. Perfect location for us. Near the freeway and near to food shopping.
