Taste of the West- Western and Spanish Colonial

Get a taste of the West in this spacious and comfortable home located in North Phoenix, just minutes from Cave Creek Golf course and several others. Various Phoenix Mountain Preserve trails are nearby and the Cave Creek Multi use path only half a mile away. Plus, it's only 20 minutes from Scottsdale Quarter, and 30 minutes to Scottsdale Fashion Square. Home has plenty of room for multiple families and dedicated two-person computer workspace.
**PLEASE NOTE- we do allow NON-shedding dogs under 30 lbs with prior approval and a $50 non-refundable pet fee** Non declared pets or pet hair left behind is subject to a minimum $100 fee. Thanks for understanding.
