Perfect Location

The location of this house couldn't be better! Minutes to ASU and 7 minutes from the airport. The house was very clean. Decorated appropriately for the jungle theme! Will definitely come back again next year!

Birthday get together

Pros: Great location 5min to Downtown Tempe, 10min from Airport and to Old Town Scottsdale. Clean and neat upon arrival. Spacious. Plenty of dishware and utensils. TVs in living room and master bedroom. Large backyard with Bbq grill and lighted Gazebo. Affordable rate for this location. Check-in and Check-out were very easy. Cons: Couch cushions were stained so I used one of the three extra blankets as a seat cover. There was a nice cast iron skillet but the other pans were not in good shape and too few. Utensils were plentiful but the can opener was useless. Overall an excellent experience and a comfortable stay.

Great for the price; could use a few upgrades

First, the positives: good sized rooms, clean interior throughout, easy keyless entry/exit, everything works including blazing fast WiFi and nice TVs. Large driveway and plenty of street parking if needed. Overall cute house with the “jungle” theme. Next, the negatives: AC was inadequate (had to close vents in some rooms to get enough air in the primary bedroom), not enough towels, kitchen was insufficiently stocked with pots/pans/sponges/towels/soap, two bedrooms do not have TVs (they’re cheap and should be provided), towel bar in primary bath missing, inadequate water pressure in showers, one bedroom has a mattress that feels like a rock. Backyard was large but essentially useless (bc 110°!) and any outdoor furniture was broken and piled up against the back of the house. The neighborhood was very quiet even though the house is on a wide street. But the location is quite a bit removed from the ASU campus (7-10 minutes north) on the other side of 202 Freeway. If you’re looking for a short term value place, this is pretty if the minor fixes are made. I wouldn’t recommend this for a longer term stay.

If I could rate this 20 stars I would! When you walk in everything is so neat and the house smells incredible! There’s a welcome binder along with welcome food on the counter, the furniture is absolutely beautiful. There are three rooms and I was having surgery while I was in Arizona so I did try out each bed and each bed was very soft and comfortable. We were able to park in the driveway and it’s very close to the door which helped and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and you don’t hear any noise whatsoever. The host has games at the house, including cornhole which was fun. Every room was super clean, there was extra towels, extra blankets, two TVs, and the jungle theme was stunningly, cute! Another personal thing I liked was that the host doesn’t send automated replies like other hosts. He likes to make sure that you are very well taken care of. I will definitely be staying here again!
