I was initially charged for a full prepaid room. Due to horrible circumstances, I requested a refund...even a partial refund. I was the one responsible for the booking. Initially, I was denied such a refund, but just receive a personal/kind reply from the Westin, and they are providing a full refund. ...

Sleep Inn North Scottsdale near Mayo Clinic
If this hotel had decent pillows it would be the perfect place to stay. I felt like Jacob in Genesis 28:11 with my lumpy pile of rocks. We bought $3 Walmart pillows and the subsequent nights were much better. Other than that the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Scottsdale
They could only find a reservation for 1 room. My friend paid for the 2nd room we needed and I spoke with the front desk to ge sure I would not be charged for 2 rooms. I thought everything was taken care of but I have now been charged for 2 rooms and the hotel cannot seem to find any reservation ...
