"예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고... 빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다. 좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요"

"Excellent luxury cruise. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are exactly as pictures and the bathtub in the senior suite is incredible. The cruise starts at 1pm and ends at 11am, so don’t count on a full 2-day experience."

"従業員によりサービスに大きな差がある。二日後に戻って来るのでそれまでスーツケース一個を預かってほしいと伝えた。前日の従業員は了解したが、当日の従業員はダメだと言われた。前日のことを伝えた結果、憮然とした態度でしぶしぶ預かってくれた。バッゲージタグを要求したが、出せないし、信用できないなら荷物を持って行けと言われた。"
