Family of six (aged 11-15). The resort was beautiful. Amazing facilities, lovely staff, very comfortable large room. Best resort we have stayed in. Would love to stay again and definitely recommend. Breakfast was delicious and so much variety. The location is quite a long way from attractions but we just used a Grab to travel and it was relatively inexpensive.

Amazing customer service. We interacted with about a dozen staff members and every single one was delightful. They go above and beyond with excellent customer service. There is round the clock buggy service and the entire trip was a pleasure. The pool is 1.4m deep which was good enough for us. The big pool has occassional water polo and other obstacle courses added for kids' enjoyment. Lots of activities at the vacation club for everyone to enjoy. The massage parlor at the beach also comes to your room. There are many vegetarian options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place is just amazing. Highly recommended for a true relaxation getaway experience.

Great hotel, far from central.

Hotel is amazing. Request buggy cart to take you around to the local places (inc. beach and turtle village where other restaurants are). Breakfast provided is also decent. Western prices for dinner. There’s a 7-eleven on site. Has all you need. Great stay, just a little far from the main sights and centre of Phuket. But only 20 mins away from airport.

Fantastic mini resort feel

Beautiful hotel, we upgraded to the supercar theme 2 bed suite for our vehicle mad children - the attention to detail with the theming is fantastic - even the ceiling fan had finish flag print all over. 5 & 8yos enjoyed some time in kids club, especially the rock climbing & cookie making - Otto and his team are so lovely with the kids. The pool is brilliant, proper kids splash area but also big inflatable course in the main pool which we loved. The swim up bar is also fantastic, Tikky, Wave & Tam make excellent cocktails! Breakfast variety was great, room service food was fast & fresh too. Short walk to the beach although the hotel has buggies which will take you the 300m down there too. Tides are strong but the sand is lovely change from pool. Hotel shuttle to Phuket old town was great too. We really enjoyed this hotel as a family

Generally is very good. The breakfast is fabulous, the best is everyday with a local speciality as various to the standard breakfast. The tapas in the restaurant is also delicious. Only thing is the airconditioning in the room, could be set a little warm, for that of course you can control.

Great family vacation

Great place to stay with a family. My kids (8 and 5) loved the kids club, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food choice was excellent and they catered very well for dietary requirements for my parents. We stayed in a 2 bed villa which was huge and the kids loved the galaxy bedroom. Would highly recommend.

We totally lucked out when booking this property. We had never been to Phuket or stayed at an Anantara resort previously and it exceeded our expectations. The resort was clean and modern, the staff was fantastic and the entire resort was made for families. Our daughter is 12 and found plenty of activities and made new friends. We would highly recommend.

Great family hotel, great bike hire, location is perfect just a quick walk to the beach or the buggy, fantastic kids club activities and wonderfully trained staff, I wouldn’t come here without children, there is only one restaurant which is quite basic, and nowhere to dress up, you need to go across the rd to the Marriott bar and it’s quite lovely, they also have a fire show there, there is zero entertainment at this resort, the cocktails at the pool bar were very old fashioned and their happy hour is a ridiculous buy two get one free, odd and silly. The resort is connect to the Anantara and I think it would have been a much better experience if we could all use the facilities of both hotel creating more dining options more pool options and overall a better experience for adults as well as the children. The staff are really excellent though and could t do more to please. The teenage retreat is so disappointing and would be better as a family recreation room where we can all play table hockey and enjoy ourselves as a family as there were never any other teenagers for my son to hang out with so he didn’t use the facilities.

Great for teens.

Our party of 11 people had a wonderful time at the resort. The villas were exceptional and well planned out. The beds were super comfy and the amenities were plentiful. We enjoyed taking part in the activities and the teens all had a ball. I chose this resort to particularly cater for the 5 teenagers in our family group, and the resort did not disappoint. The staff were amazing. Prompt and exceptional service was on offer every day. We particularly enjoyed our in-villa bbq. Thank you to the team for looking after us. I would certainly stay again.

Katong the perfect base but only with Hotel Indigo

Family trip with our three kids. Katong was the perfect base to explore Singapore again, but Hotel Indigo with its personalised attention made it that much more special. The rooms and decor in general were colourful and vibrant, facilities fantastic, and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing. The daily breakfast also wouldn’t have been the same without the attention provided by Kelly, Mary, Alex, Faizal and Nathan. Thank you for making our stay even more memorable. With three young kids we can be a demanding lot! 🙂
