The room was very clean and the staff was very respectful. The parking was easy and there were a couple things around the hotel such as the Naka Weekend market and many restaurants that were very interesting. Definitely would stay again!

Little Nyonya hotel is a beautiful hotel hidden between a garage and construction site on a busy street. It’s a 15 minutes walk to the shops nearby and Naka market. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Although the architecture of the property is beautiful thats about where the pros end. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small, theres not even space to open your luggage, there is also no furniture besides a bed, desk & desk chair. There is 0 noise insulation, you can hear everything from the corridors, the AC is also very noisy, the curtains are also not black out. The overall cleanliness of the room & bathroom also need massive improvement.

My room was described as superior mansion room but there was nothing superior about it - 305. There was nowhere to put any clothes or cases. There was a desk, with one chair!!!, where the kettle and cups were and that was the only piece of furniture in the room The bathroom smelt so bad I wretched when I went into it. I reported it and they did come immediately and clean it but after a few hours it was just as bad, I ended up using my body spray then perfume just to use it. It is also on an extremely busy road with no real pavement to walk on. Theres nothing for a tourist to do with walking distance of this hotel so you really need a car or be prepared to pay for a taxi any time you want to go out.

This is was my worst stay in Thailand. I was visiting Thailand for 10 days and stayed at 4 different properties throughout my journey to Phuket and Krabi. My experience with this stay was worst experience as I faced an issue with the AC, the AC was not working properly and was not cooling at all. On complaining to staff about it they came in a said this is how our ACs are if you don’t like it cancel the stay and go somewhere else and all this happened at 11pm in the night. The manager of this property also tried to convince us that this is how ACs work and it is just fine I mean this wasn’t the first time I am using an AC and staying at different places across Thailand I can tell this is not how AC work in other hotels as well. Long story short they handled the situation very badly and after arguing for 45 min at midnight they finally agreed to change the room for us which they also tried to get away with initially by saying they don’t have any other room vacant. The staff wasn’t helpful either and constantly tried to say that this is not a problem it is normal and they can’t do any thing in this case. Please avoid this place and book a better stay staff is not well trained and manager does not care about you at all!

Hôtel sympathique proche de Phuket city

Hôtel agréable pour 2 nuits situé en bord de route mais très calme à l’intérieure. Le personnel d’accueil pourrait être plus agréable et le petit-déjeuner amélioré mais bien dans l’ensemble. Pratique pour visiter Phuket city si vous êtes véhiculé.

We only stayed one night, Phuket was just a stopover on the way the am island. The hotel was clean and modern. Our room was clea . Breakfast was good. The drain in our shower didn’t work at all and it flooded our bathroom. I tried 2x to explain to the front desk so it could be fixed before the next guest but the language barrier was difficult and I’m fairly sure he didn’t understand.
