The room is nice, the staff are friendly but the breakfast is not very good. You can’t find anything nutritional or appetising. The food is mostly fried, sugar and loaded with carbohydrates. The location is extremely far from the main district but beautiful pool.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Phuket. I was able to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food on the property isn’t the best. However there are restaurants nearby to have meals. Overall I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Thailand.

TikTok brought me to this hotel. The pool was great just like people posted but the hotel itself was on the outskirts with nothing nearby and thankfully I only stayed one night. But the view was great!

Avoid this hotel – chaos, bugs and zero service

If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with good service, comfort and hygiene – keep scrolling. This hotel delivers a level of chaos and indifference that’s hard to believe (but trust us – don’t experience it yourself). From the moment we arrived, things felt off. The lobby was a mess, check-in was disorganized, and the young, inexperienced staff avoided eye contact and responsibility like it was a sport. No adults, no leadership. Service? Non-existent. The rooms? No soundproofing – you’ll get an intimate audio experience of your neighbors’ entire vacation. And sleep? Good luck. Breakfast was served in a freezing canteen-like room with a single, slow coffee machine. When it broke? “No coffee today. Maybe after 11.” Helpful. Housekeeping showed up at 17:30 instead of the stated hours. And no, you’re not allowed to enjoy a drink by the pool. We had booked a pool-access room. After one night: termites in the bed and across the room. We were moved – only to find cockroaches waiting by the bed in the next room. The next day we cancelled our planned stay to go find another hotel. The receptionist rolled her eyes and yawned while we explained why. She refused to refund breakfast or the taxi we no longer needed. The attitude was shocking. We’ve documented the bugs – photos will be posted. This hotel is a parody of hospitality. Thailand has many amazing places to stay – this isn’t one of them

This place is out of the way for a Phuket trip. Definitely aimed towards the younger crowd. Not much to do in the immediate area.

Don’t let the viral TikTok deceive u- this hotel is very basic with nothing around it or in it. U see that pool area- that’s the only thing beautiful about the place. The rooms are very tiny and u have to call for anything u need. And btw there’s really only 2 kayaks for the entire hotel( you know the one u want to take pictures for- so it’s a struggle to even get a chance to u), the breakfast buffet is so underwhelming and they messed up my order for dinner multiple times. Also, this is so far (more than an hour) from Phuket is self in an isolated bush with nothing to do around it. If you absolutely want to still try it, stay 1 night and then leave. Also the 5 star reviews u see on google is cos the staff plead with you to leave one in front of them so it feels uncomfortable leaving anything but a 5 star rating.
