Had some issues when we first arrived but Olly was in touch within 30 mins and sorted out everything within the hour. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Rooftop pool a bit small and could be more sun beds but overall was perfect as a base Second pool could do with a bit of upkeep and some places in hotel looking a bit tired. Great base to explore Phuket from but beware of the hill! 8% incline from the bottom so unless you’re fit grab a Tuk Tuk although they struggle to get up!
