Old world charm hotel

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Woo’s. The retrofitted heritage hotel has its charm. Location-wise, it’s very convenient to explore the old town and there are many good local restaurants and groceries shops for beers,etc. Housekeeping staff missed a spot in the toilet. There was a cobweb in the shelves

2 night stay in Old Town Phuket was perfect. Lunar New Year Festival closed off streets around hotel making for easy access to markets and street food. Lots of choices for food, shopping and drinks in the area. On site museum was an interesting addition. Room clean and spacious. Good breakfast included. Comfortable Thai bed. Would stay again.

My recent stay at the Woo Gallery Hotel was a perfect one. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were plentiful. We really enjoyed the location in the city and the opportunity to view all the items in the museum of historical artifacts in the back rooms of the hotel. We asked the front desk if they knew of any surrounding businesses where we could buy duct tape to repair a cracked suitcase and they took us to their maintenance room where they gave us a partial roll, refusing any payment in thanks. This was so appreciated and truly ended our stay on a high note!

The hotel is very cramped and in a grotty area. Definitely wouldn't stay here again. We left after two nights even though we'd paid for four.

A/c in the room is positioned above bed and too cold but if not on room got too hot! We were asked what time we would come down for breakfast?? We are on holiday so why the restrictions!! Breakfast was very poor choice and quality!! Disappointing overall as for a central location you would expect the owners and staff to know more about the location and help you out but all they cared was their hotel heritage nothing more!

Old World Charm, with updated amenities

This is Old World Classic Hotel. Completely renovated rooms and updated amenities. It is really a museum. A old family home turned into a Hotel. Perfect location in Old Town Phuket. Food and Bars in every direction. I highly recommend this Hotel

Great stay in Phuket town, fantastic service!

The hotel has been renovated quite recently, it is charming and the team is absolutely great. From the moment I arrived to when I left the service was perfect. The owner even found me a frontal lamp when I said i was going for a run on the evening, fantastic!
