"The hostal is well positioned, the metro is at a walking distance and the tourist sites are around 20 mins walk away. The room itself is very average, which was expected as it is a low cost hotel. However, the toilet smelled like sewage and despite contacting customer service since day 1, the problem was not solved at all. Instead of fixing the issue which was clearly related to plumbing, they said they cleaned the bathroom. Horrible customer service, they are aware of the issue and don't...

"Muy mala la experiencia. No recomendable sobre todo por la mujer que atiende. Mal trato, no dan factura cuando cobran el impuesto al turista. El sitio es muy bonito y tranquilo pero lamentamblemente en mi caso no ha sido para nada agradable"

"The property is on a busy street yet one would enjoy standing in the patio and having a nice coffee. If you prefer to sit down, there are cafes right downstairs. There are other eateries and shops downstairs and I was able to get a sim card easily using my passport. WRT the kitchen - I was not able to get the stove to light up.... the communication with the management was slow and not very helpful. They were not rude or anything like that but felt just too slow and clueless. "
