We arrived with two young children on an intense heat wave day to check in for a confirmed, family room booked through Expedia. At check-in we were told the air conditioning in our room was broken. They made no attempt to inform us in advance of the issue or rebook us into a different room. "The food at the restaurant was terrible.
I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me.
They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine.
The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception.

"I recently stayed at this lovely agriturismo and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The place is quiet and peaceful, perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. "The hotel staff were the best part of this old hotel. Rather old fashioned, other references talk about a pool? Despite the heat I saw nothing of this. Bathroom was clean but very very dated, everything worked although bathroom door did not shut properly. Breakfast was very basic but 24 hour help yourself affair, useful when coming in for a quick top up of coffee / water / juice. It was very noisy, mainly other guests, you could hear every little noise. I chose the hotel as it was roughly midway...
