"We booked the room for our only night in Milan, but would rebook again in a heartbeat. Staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. They made us feel right at home for our brief time there. Rooms were clean and modern, bed was good, and I slept extremely well. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was a delicia variety of things. Sad to leave, but hope to return!"

"Solo use. Arrived around lunch time. Room was ready. Very simple room but comfortable bed that's all I needed. Water , soft drink were in the fridge but only water is free . Wifi working very good. Closest station was mega and many exit and easily can get lost .... Once you remember it's very easy to reach . just straight and turn right that's it . 5min walk . Breakfast serve 7-10am . Freshly made coffee , variety of pastries, yogurt, fruit etcetc. "

"This property is very convenient and clean . It’s with in the Center of Milan . Close to Milan Centralle a € 10 taxi . And the Metro station Loreto stop is right beside the bldg. Staff were very helpful . Breakfast is good typical Italian . Just watch out for the Taxi if you have early flight or something . The first Taxi came that the receptionist called have a second person on it . Me and my husband were both confused . I told The receptionist ( i forgot his name ) that were not comfortable to ride the Taxi . He didn’t see it coz he’s on the receptionist table. When both the driver and the other person get in and asked why we won’t take the ride I told him that we are not comfortable ( it’s 6 am) . He keep on asking why and a little aggressive . Thank God the receptionist the receptionist was there and explained . But it end up arguing coz the driver insist . And they said they are not bad guys and the receptionist have all the taxi details ( that’s one of the requirement if u asked for them to call for taxi, they will get the full details just in case ) .they keep on saying that the meter is this and that so I end up paying €10 so they can leave and get another taxi . we need to be at the train station by 6:30 to catch our train . So be careful , look carefully who’s in the vehicle before you load in your luggage . Good thing my husband was outside checking and me stayed inside with our luggage. "
