"So beware staying here during a wedding as they evidently refuse to have more than one valet even knowing the hotel will be full. We got stuck trying to get out for our own party elsewhere. Nothing like being stuck in an island of empty cars and one poor guy trying to do the work of 15. Other than that it’s pretty good, the employees were great and friendly and access to the mall and restaurants is decent. The SOB who parked outside the hotel at 2am to 4 am to test out his subwoofers will long be remembered."

"A hospedagem no geral foi bem tranquila. Não tivemos barulho nos quartos e visivelmente o quarto estava limpo. No banheiro, a equipe de limpeza precisa caprichar na limpeza da saída de ar logo acima do vaso sanitário(estava cheio de sujeira). Em relação ao café da manhã, achamos bem mediano(basicamente é pão, queijos, presuntos e bolos), mas como não ficamos muitos dias não foi um problema. A equipe de recepção foi muito solicita e nos tirou todas as dúvidas. Por último, o serviço de estacionamento e manobristas do próprio hotel funcionou perfeitamente! O manobrista foi um querido e muito gentil, estendo o meu elogio ao manobrista da madrugada do dia 09/03, acredito que ele não seja brasileiro pelo sotaque. Não lembro o nome. "

"Tivemos uma estadia excelente, fomos super bem recepcionados pelos funcionários e equipe do hotel, permitiram que fizéssemos o check-in 2 horas e meia antes do horário por já haver disponibilidade do quarto. Estrutura do hotel muito bem cuidada, quarto extremamente funcional e tecnológico."

"Positive: The room was okay and clean but dark and not very attractive. The bed was fine, even comfortable. Negative: The door key demagnetized almost every day. There were only 3 hangers, and worse, the kind that are attached to the rod. I bought normal hangers! Very few staff spoke any English. "

"I like this historical hotel with reasonable price. But furniture was old. I was injured by chairs."
