Wij hebben er een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Ontvangen met een drankje. Hele lieve mensen. In het huis was alles voorhanden. En een prachtige grote tuin. Waar wij veel waren . Diversen plekken waar je heerlijk kon zitten. Het was voor ons idiaa, ook omdat we de hond meehadden. Die kon heerlijk loslopen. Willen zeker nog keer terug komen.

We werden bij aankomst warm onthaald door de eigenaars met zelf bereide dranken. Onze dochter kreeg op haar verjaardag zelfs een taart kado van deze lieve mensen. Wanneer vragen hadden konden steeds te recht bij de eigenaars. Locatie van vakantie huis is goed om istrie te verkennen. Top vakantie gehad hier . Fam Dirkx

Uitstekend verblijf met gastvrije eigenaars

2 weken lang een perfect verblijf gehad. Ontvangst was hartelijk met vers gebak en een drankje. Daar de eigenaars zelf geen Engels spreken werd alles besproken met de sympathieke zoon, die gaf ons nog wat tips ivm uitstappen en dergelijke. Het huis zelf was in uitstekende staat en het zwembad kwam zeker van pas in de maand juli! Bij afscheid nog een flesje verse olijfolie meegekregen van de sympathieke eigenares. Een dikke aanrader prijs/kwaliteit!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern im Altern von 1 und 6 Jahren etwas mehr als zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt, der große Pool hat für Erfrischung gesorgt. Die Aussicht von der oberen Terrasse auf die Berge ist ebenso schön wie der Grillplatz. Hervorheben möchte ich die besonders herzlichen Vermieter, welche uns mit zahlreichen selbstgemachten Produkten etc. verwöhnt haben - vielen lieben Dank.

Wir wurden mit selbstgemachtem Kräuterschnaps, Honiglikör, Olivenöl und Holundersirup empfangen (durften wir alles behalten). Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und kamen jedem Wunsch nach (wohnen Nebenan). Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Ausser die Waage, aber die hat uns bisher in allen Ferienhäusern gefehlt). Der Pool war sauber und super für die Kinder und uns. Allgemein ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und sehr liebe Vermieter. Kommen gerne wieder

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Der große Garten eignet sich perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. In der näheren Umgebung findet man schöne Natur. Es ist zwar an einer Straße gelegen, aber das stört nur wenig. Ansonsten sind die Vermieter (wohnen im Haus nebenan) sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen!

Goed uitgerust en zeer vriendelijke eigenaars!

Ik kan iedereen dit vakantiehuis aanbevelen. Door files aan de grensovergang kwamen we helaas te laat aan. De eigenares had wafeltjes voor ons gebakken. Ook stond er vruchtensap, wijn en schnaps klaar. Het vakantiehuis bleek mooi gerenoveerd en zag er in werkelijkheid dus nog beter uit dan de foto's op de website deden vermoeden. Het vakantiehuis was bovendien prima uitgerust. Het zwambad in de tuin was goed onderhouden en bracht veel plezier.

Sehr entspannte Auszeit

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung sowie der Pool und Garten sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet was die elektronischen Geräte betrifft. Wir haben auch oft den Grill im Garten genutzt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig da es nicht direktes Tourigebiet ist. Wir waren zu viert und die Wohnung war für uns groß genug. Wir wüden es wieder buchen und gerne weiter empfehlen.

Unheimlich nette Vermieter. Wir wurden mit selbstgemachten Getränken begrüßt, zwischendurch mit frischen Eiern versorgt und auch zum Abschied gab es selbstgemachten Kuchen auf den Heimweg. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt und mit allem! was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist groß und ideal für Kinder geeignet , natürlich auch durch den Pool. Jederzeit zu empfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen. Reisetipps: Die Unterkunft liegt etwas im Landesinneren (zum Meer-Rabaqc ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt, ermöglicht aber dadurch schnellere Ausflüge ins gessamte Umland. Rovinj muß man gesehen haben.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten z. B. in Labin auf dem Weg nach Rabac.In Pican kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden und eine Poststelle.

Ruime nette woning met grote aangename tuin

Mooi en net huis, eerste verdieping. Eigenaars wonen aan de andere kant van de straat. Grote tuin met opzetzwembad, helemaal privé. Terras op de verdieping met uitzicht. In de tuin nog een prachtig terras aan het zwembad overdekt met kiwiboom. Communicatie met eigenaars verliep wat moeilijker omdat ze enkel Kroatisch spreken. Welkom met proeverij van lokale zelfgemaakte wijn en biska was wel heel leuk. Zeker aan te bevelen , ook qua locatie om uitstappen te doen ideaal !

Schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr netten Vermietern. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung gab es selbstgemachte Limonade, Kuchen und je eine Flasche Likör und Schnaps. Die Verständigung klappt gut auf englisch. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great Location for Family Getaway

Arrival/Departure: We were warmly greeted by the home owners with homemade treats and were impressed when they took time to chat with us as we checked-in and as we set off. They are lovely hosts. Location: Located amidst the small towns in the interior of the Istrian Peninsula the house is ideally situated for a day out in a number of directions including Prementura, the beaches on the east of the Peninsula. Alternatively, our family had a number of lazy days around the pool and the wonderful garden area. The nearest major supermarkets/restaurants are about 10-15 minutes away, but with good planning this is not a concern. The roads in the area are pleasantly quiet and have nowhere near the traffic of the exterior sites in Istria. House: The house is equipped with everything renters need for assembling a meal, washing up and doing a load of laundry before hanging it out on the washline. We enjoyed the visit immensely and found it ideal for peace and quiet in the first week of a two-week Istrian holiday.
