Have to pay $30 to park in hotel parking lot. This should be included with price and/or highlighted on Expedia site. Toast and jam $7 (whatever). TV in room did not work and was informed nothing could be done till next day. Requested another room and was given one at 10 o'clock at night. It is a very nice hotel, definitely clean.
