Lovely modern room for 3. Friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t loads of option some hot and cold things but it was enough for our stay. Lovely central location easy to get to a lot and not too far from the airport and tourist attractions. Would stay again.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was very good and we were satisfied with the facilities and service throughout our visit.
However, we experienced some inconvenience during check-in. We were initially informed that there was no booking for the second room reserved for my colleague. Without thoroughly checking the system, the receptionist concluded that the booking did not exist and advised us to contact Expedia or book another room.
Fortunately, another member of the reception team reviewed the system more carefully and was able to locate the reservation.
This situation could have been avoided with a more thorough check of the booking system before drawing conclusions. A little extra diligence at check-in would help ensure a smoother and more welcoming arrival experience for guests.
