The politeness and helpfulness of the staff is the only reason this hotel doesn’t get 0 stars. The room was disappointing. The bathroom had the sliding glass door removed from the shower and it was replaced with a shower curtain so water constantly leaked out onto the floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and there is no fan in the bathroom, so the humidity stayed unless you propped the door open. There was a lot of mildew because of this. The sofa cushions were stained so bad I didn’t even want to sit on it. The TV remote didn’t work and the buttons did random things with the TV. Breakfast met expectations. The bed was comfortable but the sheets did not feel especially clean and had rough spots on them.

The staff was nice and courteous, but both times I needed assistance, the front desk was empty, and our room phone had no dial tone. The room was not clean. The window curtain was soiled and the bathroom floor and shower had not been thoroughly cleaned. The room was spacious and met our basic needs. We did not have time to use any amenities, but the breakfast was good and the room rate was competitive.

Not the cleanest but the staff are awesome people. The breakfast is top notch. The amenities are awesome and overall a great deal. The people at the front desk were always available. Great staff and respectful manners make up for a place that isn’t tip top clean. My family and I would definitely go back. Great job staff keep up the great work.

In my room several outlets didnt work, a plastic bag was wrapped around the smoke detector on the ceiling, poor water pressure and the shower was small and dated. Honestly, not what I expected for the price I paid. The pics online seem to be misleading. Severely disappointed. Staff was nice tho.
