If you're travelling on a budget I would recommend this accommodation. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, though the room was very small - just enough room for a single bed and very small bedside table ... but it did have a TV. The shared bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, though the shower cubicle is very small. As a lone traveller I felt safe there (5th floor and plenty of locked doors). My only gripe with the room was that it had no window to the outside - there was a 'window' which opened to the stairwell/lift and there was a lot of noise from this area until quite late at night. The location is good - a 5-10 minute walk to Gran Via, about 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor - with quite a few places to eat and small shops for snacks and beverages close by. Staff were friendly, though I didn't really require their services as only there for a few days.

I loved the hotel location and services, however I may suggest to be more eco-friendly, the shampoo and shower accesories are pure plastic, instead of going for reusable containers attached to the wall

Very neat, confortable, gym was fine and the breakfast was great

Close to Gran Vía, AC and prívate room have their own bathroom small space on the 4th floor, elevator available.

Amazing hotel lovely staff very attentive and all went the extra mile Breakfast was great very relaxing If anyone asks me about Madrid this is the place I would always recommend.
