"Have stayed here before and thought it was the best option in the area. This time we found a dirty napkin and crumbs in the room. Breakfast was from 6 to 9:30. Went down at 8:30 and it was mostly depleted. One rotten orange Very few pastry options. Grabbed coffee which was the color of weak tea, tasteless. Went back down at 9:00 thinking they would replenish it- was worse. Now the hot food was depleted- eggs gone. We went to Starbucks and that’s always a good choice. Parking is well lit. Temperature in room was fine. "
"The room was clean. The main reason we stay at this chain is because they are pet free. The rooms are clean and smell good. Most hotels we have stayed at in the past have animal odors in the rooms. Holiday Inn Express will always have our business as long as they remain pet free! "
"I enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton Warsaw, the room was clean, nice shower, plenty of room, tv worked and I was happy to see a sign saying to be quiet after 10pm as people exit the elevator.
I thought the breakfast was a bit lame but overall a very good stay."
"Everything was great with the exception of food and drink options. Drove 35 min away and had good dinner and drinks.
Kind of my fault because I checked in on a Sunday. So the resturaunt and bar were closed at 4p on Sunday and all day Monday. Was a little dissapointed that I wasnt provided with info about breakfast at check in. I wouldve paid $10 and ordered, if I knew about it prior to 10am.
Also. Booked a lake view room. It was partial view. Wouldve been nice to have full view being its off season.
Nonetheless. Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Plan to stay again when its warm outside. "
"The room was not clean. We had to get our rooms moved to another one because the blankets, toilet, Jacuzzi, and floor was not clean. Moved to next room and had to go buy bleach to do my own cleaning because I could not get a refund. Jacuzzi was broken. Door had been kicked in. Very limited breakfast. Go somewhere else."
