"The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked through Expedia, so the fact that the kitchen was only available if you stayed 3 nights did not come through. This was the end of our trip, and I was tired, so I didn't think to ask. They would have unlocked it for me if I had. Just a misunderstanding ..."
