"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. "The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. "This place went above and beyond on every level. My brother and I were very late checking in after midnight. The hospitality that we were shown and the grace that was given for our late check-in was so appreciated. They literally left the light on for us.Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time. The views are amazing too. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"Overall my 11 year old son and I had a good week in the SOWELL HOTELS Mont Blanc & Spa. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with well-prepared food and plenty of choice. The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful. The main down-side is how worn and dated the room and all of the communal areas are. I'm not sure when it received it's 4* rating, but the property feels quite aged with bathroom furniture, doors and walls all very worn with visible damage."

Cassandre nous a bien accueillie et était toujours disponible par message pour nous aider.Un petit bémol sur la localisation du chalet qui est un peu loin des remontées mécaniques. Contrairement a ce que peut laisser penser l'annonce, une voiture est indispensable pour se rendre aux télécabines."
