Dear Masothole Thank you for your comments. We value feedback from our guests. I am a little confused as I have already responded to a different review from you but will respond again as follows: I am sorry that you had a problem contacting us when you arrived at the gate. As you can appreciate, security is important to us so our gate is always closed. Our normal procedure is to send guests a message with our contact numbers so they can phone us on arrival and we can open the gate for them. However your booking was a last minute booking and you arrived 5 minutes after the confirmation came through to us so we did not have time to send you a message. We do have an intercom system at the gate and the office is marked and our contact numbers are also on our signage. As to the sleeper couch, it is only 3 months old and we have had no complaints from other families that have used it. I will however take your comments up with the manufacturer as it was a very expensive sleeper couch and is rated for people up to 125kg's, which is much more than a child's weight. In general, the unit you were in comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children and we note that Expedia only charged you for 1 child and 1 adult, so I am sorry you felt that you did not get value for money.
