The studio is furnished in a typical regional style and is functional. The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of town. Available for use: children’s playground and lift. One of the buildings is equipped with a lift and is conveniently located near all amenities (swimming pool, restaurant, fitness area and reception). The other building is centrally located with a view of the pool and offers accommodation with a garden as well as others with a terrace.


Your holiday apartment
Your studio offers 1 floor, 1 room, is 30 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your studio can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed and 1 bunk bed, dinette, TV and safe. Kitchenette with gas stove (2 burners) and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and WC.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access, telephone and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Holiday resort
30 accommodations, reception, 1 restaurant, bar, internet (Wi-Fi) and laundrette. The restaurant/pizzeria is located within the holiday complex and offers its guests simple dishes prepared from fresh Ligurian products from the Mediterranean and the local countryside, lovingly and devotedly tended by the region's farmers. The pizzas are made from long-fermented dough and baked exclusively in a wood-fired oven. The takeaway service is available daily for lunch and dinner, by prior reservation on site or by telephone.

Table service is offered only from 7:00 p.m., preferably with prior reservation. Laundry room with 3 industrial washing machines (10 kg) – available 24/7.

Pietra Ligure. The studio is located in a holiday complex. The residence consists of 2 houses in a green setting. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Central heating. Air conditioning only available in some apartments on request, please enquire when booking. Cot, internet access (WLAN) and safe. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (25 m x 10 m). Children's pool. Olympic freshwater pool, open approximately from 09/05 to 12/10 and closed from 13:30 to 15:00. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge subject to availability. For hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to go barefoot and use the foot baths to access the swimming pools, to wear a swimming cap, and to shower before entering the water.


Leisure
In the complex: tennis and table tennis. Animation for children.- Animation and musical entertainment in the months of July and August thanks to an animation team.

The accommodation may be located on different floors. Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on a double pull-out sofa, 1 bunk bed, TV, dining area, and instead of the bunk bed there could also be a second double pull-out sofa. If the accommodation is on the ground floor, the living room has access to a terrace. If the accommodation is on one of the upper floors, the living room has access to a balcony. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with gas hob and fridge (freezer compartment). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
