The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.

Our experience was consistent with previous reviews. Location is ideal. Easy entrance into main attraction area and with rooms off an interior courtyard property is super quiet at night.
Rooftop terrace is ideal. Relaxing, great cocktails and a perfect way to end a day sightseeing in the crowds of Florence.
We didn't realize the restaurant is not open for dinner. Breakfast was crowded, food ok.
Overall a nice property.

Room was lovely with opening window and small terrace with table to sit outside. Common areas available. No fridge in room but fridge available in common area. Bed super comfortable. Easy walking distance to train station and tourist area.

"Good location. Bathroom was strange. Toilet behind door. Tricky at night. The shower leaks out of the shower wall, there was a weird smell in bathroom whole time. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good."
