"The “hotel” was not what was expected. It is a B&B with limited air condition. The room was very hot with no fans. We sent a message to the host about fans but no response. Also, there is a safety issue in our room. There were wood beams that both my husband and I hit our heads on and the lighting was poor in the room. "

"The property is gorgeous, the staff was very attentive and all the requests were promptly addressed.
The room was big and clean but they don’t have AC. During the day can get warm but overnight there were no issues.
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.
Overall we highly recommend this property. "

"Easy to get to from Florence city centre. However worth noting that reception closes at 21:30, we were extremely lucky they stayed open as we arrived very close to 22:00 after a day exploring the city.
Pizza onsite was good, views stunning. Accomodation shakes a little when people walked around inside but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. "

"The hosts Luca and Mario are extremely accommodating and lovely people! Rooms done to a high standard and bed really comfortable. Location is beautiful, just a short walk to bus and train station straight into Florence. Enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again "

"Loved the space by the spa as it was easy to find a free sofa to read, relax and grab a glass of wine. The massage was excellent. Shuttle was very convenient. Marco our waiter at dinner was an A++++. He suggested many tips regarding the menu, wines, Florence. Our favorite person of the entire 2 week trip"
"This place was amazing. We stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. The pools are great and family friendly. Clean tent rooms. Only issue is that it is about a hour and a half walk from the city and 30 minute bus ride. Buses get full fast so you have to wait. There’s a really good cafe and dinner place right in front of the resort that is very accommodating and gets full. Not a lot of other options for food than that. "

The beds were comfortable. The shower had 2 shower heads…hand held and a large sprinkler. Toilet and bidet. :) Very clean.
